Asset Leader
We require a highly motivated, people orientated leader with a strong commitment to safety to provide leadership for the Asset Team and Shift Operating Teams. The post-holder will be the key contact for people, materials, and equipment associated with the Manufacturing Asset to ensure it has the engineering and process capability to achieve operational targets.
Applicants to have a proven track record of successfully leading a team & at least 4 years’ experience of leadership coordination in a FMCG production environment. To have knowledge and ability associated with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
