ENERGUS is a state of the art training and conferencing centre standing on a seven-acre site in Lillyhall, Workington, along Britain’s Energy Coast™. Opened in 2009, at a cost of £21.5 Million, ENERGUS has become established as a Centre of Excellence for skills training, education and business support.
A new post is now being recruited as part of the management team at ENERGUS, based at Lillyhall, Workington:
Building/Facilities Manager
Salary circa £30,000 plus benefits package
37.5 hrs per week
This is a key role within the management team which will provide the safe, environmentally efficient and cost effective working environment for employees, clients, visitors and their activities. The post exists to develop, secure and manage the provision of premises and services required to accommodate and facilitate ENERGUS business activities and support tenants’ operations. Additionally the post holder will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing Health and Safety processes and be required to develop, implement and monitor a programme of inspections and planned maintenance. The post holder will report to the Executive Director and have line management responsibilities.
This role requires someone who has experience within the field, be a great team worker and have good communication skills.
