CONTACT CENTRE MANAGER
Salary circa £20 - £23,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and energetic individual to join the Society’s Customer Contact Centre.
This role will be responsible for the following activities:
• To be responsible for the day to day running of the Department and motivating the team to achieve business targets whilst meeting Training & Competency standards and customer service requirements.
• To optimise customer contacts and consumer data to generate leads in insurance, savings and mortgages.
• To undertake resource planning to ensure the Contact Centre is able to deliver the best service possible.
You will be a highly motivated individual, possessing excellent communication skills. Experience of managing a team and operating within a Contact Centre is essential. You will have a good standard of education and be available to work unsociable hours if required.
