HR SENIOR ADVISOR
CHoC is seeking to recruit a CIPD qualified professional with proven experience at a senior level to join an established healthcare business in Cumbria, based in Carlisle. The role will provide strategic and operational generalist HR support direct to the Executive Board and its 350 professional staff, employees and contractors. Duties will include people development role and the encouragement of workforce engagement at all levels.
A flexible position on working hours will be required with the expectation that this post will be part-time at 15-20 hours per week. Salary is in the range of £35k to £40k FTE (pro rata) plus membership of the NHS defined benefit pension scheme.
