Inclusion Manager
Maternity cover for up to 12 months from February 2013
£19,742 - £23,345 pa £22,221 - £26,276 pa pro rata)
37 hours per week, term-time only (40 weeks per year).
We seek a committed and motivated individual to manage our Inclusion Unit on a
temporary basis. You will facilitate processes and provision within the academy
and elsewhere in order to provide student support and guidance, remove barriers
to learning and promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise
aspirations and help students achieve their full potential.
Essential requirements include:
Relevant NVP3 or equivalent qualification
Experience of working with disaffected pupils in a learning environment.
Full working knowledge and understanding of relevant policies,
practices and legislation
