Keswick School is an oversubscribed 11-18 mixed academy, situated in the Lake District. In our most recent Ofsted inspection we were rated outstanding under every category and teaching and learning was regarded as exceptional. We have high expectations of all our pupils and have maintained high standards of academic achievement over many years. Pupils are friendly and well behaved and our staff ‘go the extra mile’ to support them.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintaining of effective and supportive mentoring relationships with children, young people and those engaged with them. To work within an extended range of networks and partnerships to broker support and learning opportunities as well as supporting the emotional development of pupils and to improve the quality of services to children and young people at Keswick school.
