Project Manager

As part of our continued expansion we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Support team. The role is responsible for planning and delivering projects within Diamould’s portfolio, which vary in size and complexity from standard product delivery through to the design and development of new and innovative connector systems.

The role requires a highly motivated and disciplined individual who has the leadership ability and structured project management skills to plan and co-ordinate the activities of a multi-disciplinary team, often facing competing priorities and significant time pressures. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as is a commitment to HSE and safe working practices. As the client’s main point of contact the role requires significant customer-facing skills, and a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Diamould serves a worldwide client base hence some travel within and outside of the UK should be expected.

Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level in a technical discipline, and have experience of an engineering/manufacturing environment. A specific project management qualification would also be a distinct advantage.

The position is offered initially as a 12 month contract.
