SHIFT TEAM LEADER
Salary Circa £27K, plus shift allowance
Reporting to the Operations Manager we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Shift Team Leader to take responsibility for managing and driving a shift of people, setting team and individual objectives and working towards improving performance standards in line with the organisations KPI’s, which will involve assisting in the review and implementation of best practice manufacturing techniques and processes. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills and have prior experience of working in a leadership/management role with the proven ability of challenging and dealing with performance issues. Be results and quality orientated with the capability of working to set targets and deadlines. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage along with a recognised management/leadership qualification.
