Thera support adults with learning disabilities in their own homes, in the community and for short breaks. We provide personalised, flexible support which enables people to live the lives they choose. Thera believes that people with a learning disability should have control over how their support is directed and managed.

For this role you will have experience of directly supporting people with a learning disability and have a recognised qualification such as health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 or equivalent or sufficient previous experience and value base.

Ideally you will be a car driver and have experience of inducting staff and supervising teams.
