Visitor Services Manager
Salary Scale F £22221 - £23708
We are seeking to recruit an outstanding individual who can ensure our visitors have a world class welcome, who can motivate and lead the visitor services team to maximise revenue sales and manage effective performance.
The visitor services team are the face of Tullie House providing the first point of contact for visitors at our busy admissions/reception desk and includes our shop and box office.
You will need to show you have the ambition and vision to lead from the front and have a proven track record of your achievements to date in a similar field including managing a team of people.
We need someone with excellent organisational skills, are adaptable and resourceful and are a strong team player. You must also have in depth experience in retail sales, EPOS stock management systems and able to merchandise products effectively. Educated to GCSE standard in English and Mathematics or equivalent and have an IT qualification with a good knowledge of Health and Safety.
This is a fulltime post (37 Hours) which is part of a 7 day roster system which includes some weekends, public holidays and evening working.
